Ujaranne Renee James Onuorah

Ujaranne Renee James Onuorah, DNP, PMHNP-BC, CNP
Owner/ CEO, Hope House Psychiatry and Wellness

Dr. Ujaranne Renee J. Onuorah, is a Doctoral prepared Nurse Practitioner (DNP) and dual-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She graduated with her ADN in Nursing in 2005 from Good Samaritan College of Nursing, and BSN from the University of Cincinnati in 2008. In 2011, she earned her MSN with a concentration in the Family Nurse Practitioner track and returned for a Post-MSN in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification in 2020 both at Northern Kentucky University. In 2024, she graduated with a DNP Post- MSN in May 2024 from the University of Indianapolis.

Dr. Onuorah have worked in various roles ranging from Pediatric bedside nursing to Family Medicine, Burns, Occupational Medicine, Palliative Care, Internal Medicine APRN, and as a PMHNP over the last 19 years. Her focus in the past 5 years has been on Integrated community health with emphasis on mental and behavioral health, immigration health, and addressing sustainable developmental goals issues.

Dr. Onuorah is an Assistant Clinical Lecturer with Miami University and a Visiting Professor with Western Governors University. Dr. Onuorah and her family lives in Liberty Township, OH and she is a devout woman/ child of God, a soccer, dance mom and a loyal Bengals fan. In her spare time, she loves to volunteer, engage in community outreaches, garden, travel, and enjoys her self-care and quiet time.

Tracey Jones

Tracey Jones, MD
Collaborating Psychiatrist and Medical Director

Dr. Tracey Jones has worked in the fields of Adult Psychiatry and Child/Adolescent Psychiatry since 2001. She graduated from Howard University with a B.S. in Microbiology. She continued her education at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine, graduating as a Doctor of Medicine. Dr. Jones completed her residencies in Adult Psychiatry and Child/Adolescent Psychiatry at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.

In 2001, Dr. Jones established her private practice in psychiatry. In addition to her private practice work, Dr. Jones previously worked as a consulting psychiatrist at the Monte Nido Eating Disorder Center of Philadelphia (EDCPA) in Villanova, PA. Dr. Jones has consulted as a behavioral health expert for Well + Good, an online wellness publication.

In 2018, she was the recipient of the “Holistic Physician Award” by Bebashi: Transition to Hope, a Philadelphia-based nonprofit organization. Currently, Dr. Jones is a collaborating physician with Cheyney University. She is an Approved Practitioner in the Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana Program. Dr. Jones lives in Philadelphia, PA. A loyal Eagles fan, she loves her team unconditionally and can “bleed green” on demand.
